Delete your account
You can delete your bookmysalon account at any time. It takes a minute.
In the app or on the website
1. Sign in and open Account → My details.
2. Tap Delete account at the bottom, type DELETE and confirm.
3. You are signed out straight away. Any upcoming bookings are cancelled and the salon or professional is told.
Can't sign in any more?
Email info@thebookmysalon.com from the email address on the account, and include the mobile number on it. We confirm it is you, then delete it within 30 days and reply when it is done.
What is deleted
Your profile (name, photo, email, mobile number), saved addresses and pins, favourites, people you book for, notification settings and sign-in.
What is kept, and why
Bills a salon or professional has already issued stay in their records, because tax law requires them to keep invoices. Reviews you wrote stay, signed “Deleted account” instead of your name. Nothing else is kept. See the Privacy policy.
Running a salon or freelance business?
Deleting a business account also closes your listing and booking page. Download your bills and customer list first from Reports, or email info@thebookmysalon.com and we will help.
