bookmysalon is software a salon, an independent professional or a customer uses to arrange and record appointments. We are not a party to the appointment itself. The service is provided by the salon or professional you book with, and any dispute about that service is between you and them.
bookmysalon does not hold, move or process your money. When a customer pays for a service, that payment goes directly to the salon's or professional's own account — by UPI, card or cash, depending on the country and what they have set up.
Because no money passes through us, we cannot refund a payment, reverse one, or hold funds in escrow. A refund is agreed and paid by the salon.
Where a booking fee is shown, it is paid to the salon, not to us.
A paid plan gives a business access to the software for the period stated at purchase. Prices and currency depend on the country selected on the account.
The introductory price shown at sign-up is honoured for the period stated on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
Sign-in is by a one-time code sent to the email address or mobile number on the account. Keep access to that address or number: anyone who can read the code can reach the account.
A salon owner is responsible for who they add to their team and what those people can see.
The customer records, appointments and invoices a business creates belong to that business. We store and process them so the software works, and to keep the service secure and available.
A business can ask for an export of its data, or for its account and data to be deleted, at any time.
A business can stop using bookmysalon at any time. We may suspend an account that is being used to break the law or to harm other users, and will say why when we do.
When these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so in the product before the change applies, not only by editing this page.
